He comme whith no asset only skills books, pos wallet i will left 10mill and about 47k LP points mayby more need to look.

im gallente tbh is the best race for mission running... I was doing lvl4's under 1h every mission in full fited mega navy ( faction fit ).
If you are not bored you can just take domi whith the drone skills is so easy but boring.
I changed cariers and now going in pvp...
But whith the scaning skills is kind waist to drop him from missions, he can scan plex and i got books for hacking just did not train it.
I will not let it go under 3b cos i love it and the name in russian means ( baby volf^^).

Why overdo it with a 10M alt? I do all L4s solo in a raven given that I fly a well-fitted raven on 4M SP. So, if it's mainly for PvE, have a look at http://ineve.net/skills/character.php?charID=MzE5NTMzMzQy

Positive wallet
NPC Corporation
A superb name!
Full set of +4 and some basic hardwiring
8.24 Caldari Navy standings
Has military and political connections
Price is 1.5B - that should leave you with plenty of dough to buy lots of good stuff to fit the ship with :)

thank you for some nice offers.
Think the ones I have gotten offered now is to expensive for the skills.
1.5bil for 4mill skillpoints. That is over 300mill per 1mill skillpoints.
I can do 250 pr mill skillpoints for the right character.
SO I am still looking.
