it is up to the alliance who holds the station weather to let neutrals dock at them, most alliances dont grants docking rights

Any station in Venal, Curse, Outer Ring, and one other region, I think.

Well in terms of NPC stations you've got the Serpentis constellation in Fountain, Syndicate, Great Wildlands, Stain, SOCT space, Mordu's space, SoE space and then Blood Raider space.
However this thread is about outposts

Catch Region. There is an outpost site you can go to on the web. It lists all of the outposts. You just need to know which are NRDS area's for example Providence and Catch, as well as trhe others listed. |

CVA space is pretty unique in the EvE universe, people may moc but personally i think the CVA are to be applauded for there excellent attitude towards roleplay and the EvE population in general.

All NPC pirate corps, and some other NPC corps have stations in 0.0. Anyone can dock at them.
Play nice while you butcher each other.

I agree with you on applauding them for doing that, my alliance aside, but I would say it has anything to do with roleplaying. If it was then they would not be so friendly to neutral Minmatar  Well at least that is how I would run it if I was an Ammarian role player at the helm of CVA But unique non the less.

half of delve is npc 0.0, also some highsec in there too, really ass backwards region down there.
but its BoB territory and you'll probably get hotdropped by 400 carriers and over 9000 dreads and they'll smack you around in local when you cloak.
no wait they lost all those ships when they failed in the north.
So you'll get hotdropped by -A- defending bob's assets (as pets now).
