This was a dev's sense of humour from the 5th Alliance tournament. I belive it was put in to mark the centre of the arena as several participants complained of not knowing how far from the edge of the arena they were.

Found it in an Unknown site (Desolate Site) sitting there by the rogue drones.
I wonder if it has sharp edges!
