Okay, so I'm looking for a Minmatar or Amarr character with:
- Decent learning skills (4/3 will do).
- Specialization in flying HACs and/or Recons.
- Good support skills.
That's about it. Anything else is a bonus, but I have no interest in BS-sized and bigger ships.
Positive wallet is required. I don't really care about sec.
Budget is currently sitting at just over 5b. But if the need arises, I can sell some assets from another account to get an extra billion or so.

Timmpa, not bad at all, but sadly, I can't come up with such amount any time soon. Even if I did, it would severely cripple my wallet.
nosrub, very nice char, but it's not what I'm looking for. I know with those skills, my goal would be easy to achieve, but I feel a character like that would be better in the hands of someone else. That and I probably can't afford it. I will however consider a bid.

I'll definitely consider that, but I'm not in a rush, and due to lack of time to play, coming up with that 2b wouldn't be easy.

Erci25, that's pretty good, but all that industry stuff won't be of much use to me (not that I mind). Anyway, how much do you want for it? Just noticed your thread, later tonight I'll take a better look at it and might come up with an offer.
Gargio, that's a bit low SP-wise, but it's what I'm looking for, so I'll keep you in mind.
Still waiting for an Amarr character to post here, heh.
