Is it possible to the game Mp3 player to modify the Local he also saved can play MP3's?

afaik it's against EULA to inject your own mp3s

The ingame Player plays .ogg btw, not mp3. ;)
(And nope, not possible)

wasn't there a way to just copy the .ogg files into some eve folder, do some tweaks left and right and it worked?

Use the MP3 player (Winamp, ITunes, etc.) on your PC.

Yes its possible to inject music into the game.
But its still a violation of the EULA.... and even then I'm not quite sure how they tie the music together as its not exactly straightforward...and buggy at times.
I would love them to allow you to overlay music.... although there's a way... mute the music and kick iTunes on in the background. ; O )
I love the in-game EVE Combat music... but the generic stuff gets old really fast.

You know, I just mute the sound and put on a a few tracks from old NES and SNES games like blaster master and UN squadron...
yes, NES and SNES games sound way better than the in game music.
