Once ebank funds will reach critical point (imaginary price of Ricdic's trust he gathered with this toon, decreased by boredom and workload caused by runing ebank), tears will flood the forums. He just needs to realize it is internet spaceships and pixels after all, or maybe have a rl issue which will force him to quit, or log not as much as he wants to, maybe simply say 'ah screw it'. It will happen. It's not like he didn't loose interest in some of his projects before or bully other board members to invest in ipos of his choice. Only question remaining is when. Somewhere around 10^13? PS: Lavista Vista is next Dark Shikari unless he gets his piece of cake at the end.

While I agree with most of what you've posted a scam requires intent to defraud, or it's just a failed IPO. So it could turn into the largest failed bank in eve history.
