Erra Fazira Caldari Galactic Network Industries	Posted - 2008.12.05 03:05:00 - [1] Mission Plan Galactic Network Industries is a new corp which will be responsible for the manufacturing, distribution and selling of ship modifications (rigs), weapons and ships in order to make profits that allow its members to pursue their own interests. The following departments within the corporation help us realize these goals: òMining òManufacturing òLogistics òSecurity Regularly scheduled mining ops within the Mining department provide us with the materials we need to build our products. The Corporation buys the Ore from our members and it, in turn is given to the Manufacturing department to make various ship modifications (rigs), ships, weapons, weapon upgrades, and ammunitions. The corporation provides resources and a percentage from the sales of these products are returned to the manufacturer, logistic and security personnel. The Logistics department is responsible for the distribution and selling of our products throughout the region. They work closely with the Security department to ensure our products arrive at locations safely. Once our products are sold, it is divided between the corporation and members of 4 of the departments. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- With a solid mission plan we plan to recruit as many members as possible. New pilots are most welcome. We can teach you the basics of running a mission. We will guide which mission agent you should work for and also which type of agents. Research & Development, Mining and mostly Internal Security agents. Since this is a newly started corp, we hope to recruit staying members to grow with us for many months ahead of us. Mercs will be deployed for escorting to low sec / null sec areas. Mining ops will be deployed if mission runners get belts that contain huge roids. Current strength of mining ops is 1 hauler (~13000m3), 1 hulk T2 Strippers Veld/Scord, 1 Retriever T2 Veld/Scord, a couple of T2 miners in a mining cruiser, Scythe and Osprey. Orca pilots are welcome too.

And while I like industry, I also like to help manage and provide help where I can...so it seems like Galactic Network Industries might be the place for me! While I have been looking for a corp that lives in 0.0, I've realized I think I'd rather be a part of something new, rather than jumping into one that is already fully setup...I like the sound of the challenge...and a chance to be a part of the 'molding' of a new corporation. I plan on sending an evemail, but I also figured I'd post my questions here. You mention regular mining ops...how often? And how is payment made for these ops? What percentage goes to corp/miners/haulers/etc... Is it possible for one character to be a member of different departments? While my main characters are somewhat specialized...they can also do other things beyond their main specialties (i.e...miners can produce, producers can research, etc...) Also, what percentage of the profits are given to the producers that make the corporations items? You mention the profits are shared, just wondering how well they are shared. I think that's all my major questions for now...so here's a little more about me! I have 3 main characters on 4 accounts. This character has 30 mil skillpoints spread across a few areas. Mainly missioning and mining. I have perfect refining skills and perfect high-sec mining skills, as well as mining foreman 5 if it's needed for mining op booster...this is my main character that I use for a wide variety of things. (and if you wonder about the corp history, I bought this character in May 2008, and have only been in one corp with him myself, everything before then was someone else). I have another character that is working on being a perfect skilled Orca pilot (~90 days). This one can currently fly a maxed Iteron 5 (38,000m^3), can learn freighter in an hour. This was my first character and so has a lot of SPs in different areas, but recently I've decided to specialize into an Orca Pilot. Right now she is used as my mining hauler. The 3rd Character is my manufacturer (when I feel like it), as well as a hauler (same skills for itty 5, and currently has freighter 4 for an Obelisk with 900,000m^3). This is my second Hulk character and is currently working on perfect mining skills for that. While I am at mining/producing (more mining), I am also skilled in a wide variety of other things, and am always willing to go with the flow! Well, that was WAY longer than I was planning...but hopefully it gives us both an opportunity to learn about each other and the corp, look forward to talk to you in game.
