Full character information here.
Quick version: hac v, bc v, 6.6m in gunnery, 2m in navigation, 1.7m in engineering.
Positive balance. Security sec of .08.
Miscellaneous assets, but nothing huge (maybe a couple cruisers/battlecruisers).
Isk will be sent to Space Mage.
Looking to get between 4 and 5.5 billion-- please post offers here as I'm out of town and won't be able to check evemail.

Nice auction approach Space Mage (aka Kymlicka): agree the deal, receive the ISK, claim 'credit card issues' delaying the transfer... and then accept another higher bid.
However, the reason the character disappeared is that you transferred it to me !
What I should do is take it out & get it podded a few times without reinsuring the clone; trash the security status; get a few kill rights etc..
Am sure your Goon colleagues are proud of your exemplary behavior & demonstrated competence.
Cant help but laugh at how its ended up.
PS - And no I wont trash the toon - tempting tho it is !!!

Gz sam.. u got urself a nice gift there it seems.
I find it hard to believe "space mage" that u want to waste CCP's time with a petition when clearly u ****ed it up. Its abit like wanting CCP to re-imburse ur ship because u "accidently" jumped into a low sec camp instead of ur mission destination. Or like accepting one of those "once in a lifetime" offers in jita local...
Stuff happens, u learn from it, and move on.
PS. i know how u feel moe'st'cool and sam. People that break a already agreed upon deal, because of greed, realy sucks :(

Wel you have a point, but not a completely solid one.
It's an out of game situation, it costed Space Mage $20 USD, and I lose 3.5 bil for an out-of-game "item" sale.
I'm sure CCP will settle this.
Let's see how it ends.

Hmm.. U might have a point but i dont think so. He gave it to sam, by accident sure but still. How can u justify that CCP should "steal" it back from sam now ? the full responsability lies in space mage's hands. He ofcourse needs to return the isk to u, for not completing the deal, but the char is lost 'cause he gave it away.
A friend of mine once said "u cant petition stupidity, but if u could i would have trillions now"
Stuff happens, u learn from it, then u move on.
I do hope u get ur isk back moo'st, cause u didnt do anything wrong afaik. |

I double checked that I had the correct account entered, clicked submit, and had it go to the wrong account. I suspect it was some weird browser cache issue, as I had actually tried to transfer the character to Sam99 previously, but had had issues with my credit card.

My suggestion to 'clean this up' is that I pay 3bil price I had agreed for Space Mage & that Moe'st'Cool is returned his ISK. If Moe & Kymlicka post here that they agree then I think we have a resolution.
Note: I have no way of verifying any player other then Kymlica was the intended reciptient of the sale proceeds so it is that character that needs to post.

Moe'st'Cool am sorry that you have to continue looking for a character. Have sent you info on the other auctions that I was watching in the hope they help you find what you're looking for.
Kymlicka sorry for some of the content of my earlier post: had just got out of the wrong side of bed & was heading for work on a Mon am.
CCP if you do follow-up on any of the petitions raised in relation to the purchase/transfer of 'Space Mage' pls dont take any action !!!

Well I'm glad that my solution ended up with a simple, quick, and a somewhat mutual outcome.
Bid withdrawn, refund received, petition closed.
