Hello space friends, my name is Sky Captain Lyris Nairn in the World of Tomorrow's Goondleet dot com, and I am here to tell you a story about the best ship in the entire game. He is a little guy who gets a bad rap sometimes, but only from the clinically stupid (this is a certifiable disease, just as our resident doctor H. Ratli Smirks) or by those unfortunate and jealous souls who do not have an infinite supply of them. Rifter is his name, and his five is without a doubt the best five to five out of all the fives. He is a fast little guy with three little guns which allow you to shoot all three types of close-range ammunition at once! I submit that he cannot be beat, and I have evidence to prove it.
Article the first, Rifterswarm is able to successfully camp a gate and take down Hurricanes!
Article the second, Rifterswarm is able to run headlong into an enemy gang and die beautifully!
Article the third, Rifterswarm did not need those Rifters anyway and they have already been replaced.
So what I am trying to say is that I love Rifters, and I especially love the newbees and bitter vets who fly Rifters with me in this Internet space game. If you ever see me in space, please send me an in-game mail describing in graphic detail how much you love Rifters and feel free to include an erotic fan-fiction involving one or more Rifters. I will reward your effort with a Rifter, or perhaps more than one Rifter.

I wanted to name my new kitten Waffles but since it is a black and gray tabby with white markings for the paws my girlfriend insisted that we call it Mittens. |

Sounds like your girlfriend may secretly be in GSF, too....
(if its colors were reversed, I could see boots... but mittens works...)

I cannot understand why but the argument, "But sweetie, if we name it Mittens then all of my space friends will think that I named it after our space guild leader" was not enough to convince her not to name it that. Girls! They just don't understand how important it is to save face in Internet spaceships. |

Last night our 40-man Rifter gang took down 2 stealth bombers and an interdictor while losing only 5 Rifters, and then we lost all of our Rifters and all of our capsules when I decided that attacking a smartbomb-fit Tempest was the best thing to do. Op success! |

I make it a habit to send a million isk to any rifter pilot who is in a strategic op fleet with me.
Gotta have that fast tackle.
