Introduction As some of you already know, I am an MD regular and have played the game for some time now (1.6 years), accumulating a vast experience in the field of trading / manufacturing. The Business Plan After carefully analyzing my past market activities and factoring in skills improvements, additional production capabilities acquired and my daily schedule, I believe I am in the unique position of presenting the community with a long term investment opportunity that will surpass everything I have undertaken so far by an order of magnitude, and profitwise quite possibly set a precedence/standard for offerings to come. To be more precise, my present initiative builds upon the line of thought defined by my previous offerings with the aim of gradually shifting the focus to less time costly solutions and even creating sub-funds each with their own investment goals. Shares and reservations Blocks of shares: 170 Price per block: 100m (minimum investment 100m) Unfortunately I wasn't able to recover the Ewigkeit shares in their entirety, as a result preparations are under way for the creation of 17,000 shares with a face value of 1,000,000 isk per share via a holdings corp. While I am not imposing any restriction as to who can invest, in the case of oversubscribing I might assign a higher priority to previous investors, MD regulars, those that to this moment have launched an offering MD; I expect to receive the same level of attention on their part. Aside from that, money sent is money received though, automatically diminishing the reservations pool. Buyback at initial value of 1m/share will become available after 3 months, subsequently, a total of 3 bil isk will be allocated monthly to honoring withdrawal requests (if that will prove the case, of course). All payments (dividends, buyback of shares) will be forwarded to whoever owns the shares at that particular moment. And last but not least, upon dissolution (either voluntary of compulsory) all shares will be redeemed. Reporting: I will provide a monthly report that will also include a list of opportunities for those interested in supplying raw materials / retailers (subject to more frequent updates). I also welcome my investors to mail me their suggestions / concerns regarding the management of the enterprise. Any statutory changes or issues requiring shareholders attention will be subjected to voting. I am expecting to receive feedback in matters that concern adjusting the risk level of my operations, expansions, identifying and pursuing additional revenue sources, etc. Blocks of shares left: 170 P.S. I will transfer the shares as soon as they're created, however till then, we'll just have to use this thread to track investments. Black Sun Empire

Yes, send the isk to LRN. No, I haven't left Ewigkeit yet. It will still take 22h and probably another 24h to validate the share creation vote. Meanwhile, I will keep track of investments via the OP.
