you could potentially define bulk as...
equal to or more then the total trade volume in jita over a 1 day period for said stated item + 1
or a percentage there of + 1

I tried bulk buying with people, it sux.
- People quit producing
- Price just below or same as trade hub
- I need more then most people can produce
- I need alot of different items
No, I just buy bulk at large trade hubs, much easier.
