I'm Caldari and did all the missions from the below agents
Toiniainen Omu (Tutorial agent who referred me to the next Agent)
Kazaka Uoraa (Did all 8ish missions and got an implant)
Now that last agent reffered me to a 3rd agent. I didn't write down the name as my People & Places icon was flashing so I assumed the agent was added to my list but it seems thats not what happened :(
Anyone know who my 3rd referred agent would be?

They usually send you an eve-mail so check that.

No I didn't get an eve-email :(
Will it always be the same initial agents for Caldari? If not then I guess I'm out of luck :(

Referals arent used anymore, you need certain standings to use agents. Just search for the corp you want and chekc what agents are available to you and pay 1 a visit and work your way up on the agent ladder.
