AS I am an new player of EVE and have been playing this game for only 1 month, i am still not familiar with the game. My character is a scientist of Cadari ,and i am still training my learning skills. I wanna to work for the R&G agents of ISH and hope one day i can get a Tech 2 BPO , but it seems that the probability is very low... so, the serious problem is that i don't know how to make money while soldiers can do ratting in 0.0. Can any one give me a plan of the development of a scientist. THX

How to make ISK in EVE : Linkage Yeah, that covers pretty much all ways, so read up.
By the way, the probability of getting a T2 BPO from a NPC agent isn't low... it's zero. They stopped giving any out when invention was introduced. If you want a T2 BPO, you have to buy it from somebody who has one. Meanwhile, just get the datacores and either sell them to skilled inventors or try to invent stuff yourself (it would usually be cheaper to buy the finished product anyway if you don't have near-maxed skills AND a bit of luck at the same time).

sell stuff to get isk is generally a gd idea..... but seriously pretty much what ankita said, maybe you could try some copying of bpos and sell bpcs but often it means setting up a pos in emp for the lab slots, but its a nice target to aim for if you want to be a scientist.

At a return of 10% to zero return on your isk, that isn't a very good idea. Best bet is to mission run or join up with a team of miners. Thats it till you start getting real isk to make a return on.

Please tell me you are training other useful skills besides learning skills? If you aren't then stop your learning skills and mix in skills for ships / modules / basics (IE any skill that has the same name as the category it is in like Science, Gunnery etc..). And use evemon (http://evemon.battleclinic.com) to help you make skill plans. It will also tell you what learning skills will help with that specific plan.
If you are in empire, you can try either mining or running level 1 missions. If pvp is your thing (since your playing eve, it must be unless you never undock) then you could also set your sights on 0.0 or lowsec pvp corps. In which case, start looking to train for assult frigates or interceptors. Those are nice tech 2 ships and the skills you train to get the ship and the t2 mods to fit it will give you a good base to be able to fly other ships well. They aren't too bad to get in to, and are a heck of a lot of fun to fly in combat. --------------------------

No new T2 bpo's will be seeded. For a noob an easy and effective way to do money is running missions+loot+salvage all wrecks.
If you are interested in production, you could try building missiles ( expecially cruiser/torps) near L4 mission hubs. they usually give a honest income. Also rigs production still is quite profitable but require some money to invest (salvages are not cheap). Just remember that before to even try produce something you should max all production skills.
