spurious signal	Posted - 2004.07.15 08:33:00 - [1] Could a dev please let us know if the nerfing of the loot tables last patch was intentional or not? If it was then could someone tell us why it was done? The drops are utter rubbish now and it's taking a lot of fun out of rat hunting and missions - used to be cool knowing you had a chance of a decent named item dropping occasionally but now the chances are so small that it feels pointless. Thanks.

This has been noticed by a number of people, it's not just about bad luck I don't think. All it would take is a short offial response to either confirm or deny that the loot tables were changed

Angel BS have always done that. Frig loot, cruiser loot and only part of the time some BS loot. The problem I'm noticing is the lack of named loot, escpecially named BS loot. But my guess is all of this ties up into the same thing, which is related to the number of players online influencing the loot/spawn/mission distribution probability calculation mechanics.
