FuPhal	Posted - 2004.07.15 16:05:00 - [9] Yeah, just look at the skills u need for shield extenders/hardeneners/boosters/amplifiers or for armour the same sort of formular applies Anything that adds to the hitpoints Anything that adds to the resist stats Anything that lets u repair faster or using less cap Look at the skills u need and make sure uve got them and then try a few things out :)

Phoenus	Posted - 2004.07.15 16:51:00 - [11] I've found my shield tank setup to be extremely versatile, both in 1v1s, or in mixed fleets: 1x XL Booster (Named) 3x Tactical Shield Hardners (depending on what opponents you are facing) 2x Shield Amps True, I use a Cruise Launcher setup, but I prefer to retain my ability to tank extremely well (PDU's in the lows) and sacrifice a minor amount of DOT. Yes, and this is part of the fun nowdays with the Raven - you can't really have both effectively. Personally I prefer having my setup lean towards damage dealing. This is what's made it a funner ship imo - before, everyone had more or less the same setup which was mega-armor-tank and mega-siege-pwn-seeya, which was boring.
