When I tried to log in today my client downloaded all of the Bulk Data and then immediately disconnected from the server. Now when I try to log in it gets to Downloading Bulk Data 36/38 and then blue screens. This has happened with two separate installs. The third install got the blue screen on the first attempted log in.

That issue looks similar, but I'm not hanging. EVE is crashing my system to the BSoD (Blue Screen of Death)

It's the same problem; and I'm also getting a BSoD IF:
1) I start my client and try to log in 2) It fails (invariably) and shuts down the client, restarts it and gives me a "connection to host lost" 3) I log in again using the restarted client.
At that point, BSoD.
00000000F3 or something. Not important; it's not MY pc that's broken, it's something CCP's done at their end.
If I CLOSE the client that pops up after the initial fail-run, and open a new one, I don't BSoD.
Try that.
Still, it wont log you in but at least you don't have to restart :) -- Ralara's Alt (due to Forum ban) |

That's the same error I'm getting. It's definitely something on CCP's end. Something happened with the patch attempt today.

I tried it with two of the installs. No joy. :(
I get the BSoD on my first log in attempt. I did get the "connection to host lost" message the very first time that I tried to log in with two of the installs.

The fix worked. Thanks for the quick action, CCP.
