Is there a ship equal to the following tasks (at the same time):
1) carry salvager, analyzer, and codebreaker
2) fit scan launcher
3) successfully defeat any indigenous rats at the exploration sites.

Pretty much any battlecruiser and up. Codebreaker and Analyzer are mid slots, Salvager Scan probe Launcher are high slots. Anything from BC and higher usually has enough slots to do what you're asking, as well as the CPU. Worth doing? I think not. You'd be better off from a time perspective of doing your scanning in either a covert ops frigate (preferred) or astrometrics frigate (will do in a pinch). Covert ops frigate gives a 10% reduction in scan time per level of covert ops skill, while the astrometrics frigate gives a 5% reduction per level of the appropriate frigate skill. Save time using this frigate to scan, and you can afford the time spent changing to the ship to go hit the site you find.

Domi if you need to do it all in one.
But as previously said - its better to use a cov. ops frig (they are all the same) to find the sites and use a BC to do it.

covert ops to find then HAC to plex. If fitting the codebreaker etc nerfs your HAC tank just put them on the covert.
