Why won't my pic show in the forum avatar slot?

Yesterday I had the player icons for the right window for chatting disappear, yet the player icons in the left window of chatting remained. I know you can toggle the left window icons from none, small, or big, but how do you change the icons on the right side menu of chatting? Yes I did have icons on the right previously, and they show up in the rookie help chat channel only for me. --------------------------------------------------- (\_/) Is this bunny or Picachu?
