I came to this thread expecting OP to be saying "reset everyone's wallet to the default starting value."

Those of us with expendable assets such as unused battleships could just self destruct them for the insurance. CCP needs to remove this feature anyway, and should do so immediately before resetting everyone's wallet of course.
