It depends on the level of inactivity and if the account is inactive. The normal method is to use shares and have a vote for a new CEO. However CCP in the past has allowed folks to petition to change the CEO in cases where the CEO has been inactive (the account must be not just the character) for 6 months or longer. |

A: Some other alliance(s) will lose sovereignty.
So my conclusion, to try and answer your question and given that your CEO is not an alliance 'CEO' nor is the account banned... My conlusion is that your corporation will get access to a NPC nullsec system.

If your ceo made directors then nothing happens. He can't update the total amount of members your corp can have, you can't add or remove directors, and you can't join an alliance.
Now if the ceo has no directors, then your corp can;t grow or do much of anything. So if you or someone else has a share, run for ceo |
