I have a Energized Thermic Membrane 1 that gives 32.5% thermal damage resistance my ship base resistance is 35% (35 + 32.5 = 67.5 "Right?") when I add the module to my ship I get a total resist of 56.125% ,I have no other hardeners of this kind on my ship can anyone tell me why I get less % than what I belive I should have?

I think it is beacuse you get 32.5% out of 65(%) (Like if you have 50% Resistance and has an item that gives you 50% more resistance in that damage type you get 75% (50% of 50%=25%))
Might be wrong though and Im tired and dont have a calculator...

If u put several hardners or plates that have same effect, the bonus will be even less, do to the penilty. alot less
x^(1/n^0.25) is the formula
x is the total bonus, n is the number of moduals used
