So I thought I'd do my best to support my pvp habit by placing a few more market orders... I bought some items and posted sell orders. ~130 million ISK in sell orders was going to be coming my way. I log on today and the sell orders are gone. Weird... my wallet isn't any higher. I set them for the maximum time they should still be on the market.
Check transactions in wallet. Nothing. Check assets. Nothing.
They are gone. I'm out about 130 million ISK which is alot for me. Over half of my nestegg.
Has this happened to anyone else? How do I fix it?

Edited by: Snasty on 12/12/2008 02:34:17 Are you in a corp with a role that allows you to place corp orders? Have you done that in error?
Failing that petition it along with exact dates, from journal, of the dates, times etc...

I'm in a NPC corp "Perkone" or something like that. I have no roles. Petition is in. I'm pretty stressed right now. I wish I never traded now in an attempt to make money. Would've been safer with the pirates.

Are you certain that you didnt list items for sale at incorrect price causing an immediate sale of all goods as you listed them. Check the journal again, compare to the transactions listing also, it may just take some hunting down but you will find the answer.
They, or your ISK, are somewhere. I make hundreds of transactions a day, my corp probably close to a thousand across all the trading players in all regions, we have never had anything just vanish, we thought we have had things dissapear on more than one occasion but examination of the logs nearly always results in a silly error that was made during buy or sell operation. It happens... Most common is that the missing mods turn up in a players cargo hold with the usual "err chaps, I've found em" in corp chat.
Finally, and not being too out of order in this thread I hope, if you have an interest in trading and are finding it hard in an NPC corp by all means look me up in game, perhaps you would like to join us? Trading pays for all our Eve activites many times over and as we are Hippies we all gain from it.

No I'd understand if the items sold for 17,000 instead of 17,000,000 each but they simply are not in the transaction part of the wallet. I can see where I bought them. The selling of them should be right after. I'll see how the petition pans out. I've been trading for about 6-8 months already and never had anything like this happen before.

It is a loading issue with the market. Just go about your usual working of the market and it will fix itself I had a similar problem earlier today.
