Read the mission description?
To the left of the starsystem in the journal entry there should be an icon showing against which faction the missions is.

Warp in, shoot the hulk (which shoots back oddly enough!  ), 3x BS spawn, shoot them, 2x BS spawn, shoot them, 3x BS spawn, shoot them for mission complete.
BS are Amarr Faction, tank pretty well for NPC, second spawn NOS if you get close to them, 3rd spawn seem to do very high DPS if you go closer than 30-40K. Loot is pretty much the same as Sansha/Raiders, except the BS drop tags which sell for a decent wad of isk.

it says.... with no faction icon mind you at all. thanks.

what a stupid mission!
you kill some mad amarr generals with no bounty and all you get are amarr dog tags ... when u need to jump back thru a gate to your agent and customs get you you will loose an awful lot of standing ...
ps: got this mission from an amarr agent in amarr space

He is right make sure u sell those tags before you jump to high sec. They sell very veru good so even there is not bounty on this mission you make out on tags selling, i did it about a week ago for the 3rd time and make about 15 mill on tags and the salvage was very good, the loot was not so bad, some hight Meta laser bean and double canon, like i say i cant complain the mission was very nice profit.
PS there is no customs in low sec . you fail!

use your brain, where is the word low sec? it was in a 0.9 amarr system
