Well if you have the configure starbase equipment role, you can unanchor and scoop the mods.
You will need alot of time and a big ship

If you get the appropriate roles from the owning corp and have the passwords... theoretically you could.
Or you could destroy the tower.. leave the mods and replace the tower with identical size tower. All the mods become urs.

i mean stealing an active online pos not as much woried about the mods (there are none) from another Corp i want to take the control tower basicly it's online no guns and a complex reaction array in low sec

You can only take a tower in your own corp. Towers in other corps can only be destroyed.

I've seen them lock a thread on request before, but it was Chribba asking. Guess you need to be more important, or the guy above me is wrong.

You can hijack a POS without being in the owner's corp. You just need to wait til it's being unanchored by its owner, then get in there and scoop it first. Takes some timing and probably some friends but it's been done.
