I am fairly new to the game, about 3months now, and know that my "almost" 3 million sp is a joke to most, but I really believe that CCP should do something concerning these agent missions. I started agent missions about two months ago, and have yet to see a single implant mission. I have a 6+ standing with Federation Navy and see one important mission about once a week. Imagine my dissappointment when the bonus for this mission is small ammo. I fly a megathron that is filled with 5 overdrive injectors and 2 mwd's because the difficulty of the missions never takes my shields past 3/4ths. And the rewards, about as worthwhile as the rats I am fighting. Now I know CCP plans on releasing LVL 4 agents in the "future", but I think that the future needs to happen soon. I can imagine the frustration that those who have been doing agent missions for a longer time must feel. How much longer must we wait.
Maybe CCP could edit the agent rewards so that when my corp standing was 8.0 it would reflect the work I have put into the corp better. Would be nice to see this LVL 3 agent with a quality of 35+ be worth the time I have invested to get him. I feel for you vets that have been doing agent missions since day 1, I really do.

You need a diffrent agent.
Some people get implants on their first agent mission 
Working for 3 diffrent agents at the same time would prolly give you a bigger chance of getting one.

I have tried the lvl 3 security and the lvl 3 command agents. Guess I am just very unlucky.

Got my first impant from a Manufacturing agent....took me about 20 missions...but it worth the 16 mill i sold for...
