Little boy can't deal with the truth... poor little boy, why don't you go bankrupt yourself by invading another 10 countries over it?
I applaud the journalist, the only gripe I have with what he did was that he missed. All journalists who jumped on him are a disgrace and are nothing more than little dogs wagging their tail when their master tells them which lies to spin.
I'm not a big fan of Bush, but do you wonder what would've happned had he tried to do that on S.a.d.d.a.m(why is it censored?)? I'm sure you know the answer. This is probably the first time a Iraqi was able to express his/her's own opionon in public without being stoned to death. I guess this is what democracy looks like.

i'll bite. (troll i hope, otherwise )
gore? hard to tell, things would probably be very different but not sure if they would be better or worse (hard to imagine worse)
kerry? only 4 years ago and after 4 years of fail sauce so sure, things probably wouldn't be TOO different...
there would be a difference though. when i turn on the news to hear my daily dose of how bad shlt sucks, i wouldn't have to stare at bush's smug ****ing smile & listen to my children cry when they show cheney's face. ---------- Seasons Greetings and have a Happy Alvis Time |

You mean like all the other democratic governments the US has overthrown, only to install a dictator? Funny that you mention freedom, let's go ask the Iraqi's whether they have more freedom now or under ******.
They now have the freedom to live behind segregating walls, to live in dire poverty, to be bombed, killed, ****d and murdered by the occupiers. Regardless of what ****** did, he was an Iraqi and understood his country. The only thing the US understand is the black gold they are now pumping out and handing over to Exxon, and other oil companies, practically free.
Why on earth is Sad-dam censored when the worlds two worst dictators Bush and Blair are not?

Either i'm falling for trollbait or your a delusional individual.
What dicator is the US installing in Iraq now? Last time I check the Iraqi people voted in their new government. Remember when the statue of ****** was being destroyed by the Iraqi people? They sure looked pretty happy there. But since you rather base your views on negative news that the media loves to show to boost their ratings, then I guess every Iraqi citizen that voted for their new government, agreed with ******'s execution, want U.S troops to stay because of the insurgency, are all lying right?
Murdering citizens? Last time I check, U.S soldiers did not walk into a crowded resturant and detonate themselves. Innocent deaths from the U.S are from collateral damage, which happens in every war. I know there were a couple of inhuman soldiers that did stupid things, but every army has their bad apples. Compare that to the "Freedom Fighters" who bring freedom to their fellow brothers by putting IEDs in public roads, suicidie bombing crowded areas, and behead those who support the new government.
Poverty? Do you know what the poverty rate was in Iraq before US removed ******? It was exactly the same. Did you care about Iraq's poverty rate before the U.S got involved? I can guess no.

There you go again.
What ever made you believe that I'm a far right neo con? The only thing I've said politics wise in this thread is, "too bad he missed."
Just because I say you're a raging loony and compare you to a fox news reporter has no bearing on whether or not I agree with your views. In fact, if you actually presented yourself in a more respectable manner I would probably agree with you.
But alas, (may GRB bless you eve search), I do believe you just prove foamy's point.

Once we run out of arguments to prove our (non-) point we resort to personal attacks.
Time for this thread to be locked as it's degenerated into a mud slinging between the ignorant and one in the know.

your argument is rather flawed, it basically consists of: first, make a whole bunch of unsubstantiated claims in a hostile manner, next, verbally attack anyone who disagrees.. then end the argument by summing up your own argument: "once we run out of arguments to prove our (non-) point we resort to personal attacks." nub> you cant mine so you kill. |

I know I fail at lying... I mean trolling... To help you with your lack of empticons I'll put a few in . As for me being hostile, I don't take the bombing of a country just to make money off them funny. If you want civilised discourse, let's go ask Iranians as to why their democratically elected government was overthrown by a CIA/MI6 coup and replaced with the Shah. BP really did like the taste of near free oil, just like Halliburton now.

Not to mention that the IMF (International Monetary Fund) is getting money from the Middle East to lend to countries that need it. So if USA's economic downturn gets any worse and they're forced to borrow even more money then you know who to thank... that little group of countries that don't matter.
Saudi Arabia alone made up 14% of the world's oil exports in 2007. As a matter of fact, 4 of the top 10 oil exporters in the world are Middle Easten nations. Many fools make the unbelievably stupid argument of "what will they do when they're oil runs out" or "they're nothing without oil". Well what country is anything without its natural resources?
Let the Middle Eastern nations withhold oil from your country for just the smallest amount of time and watch your economy collapse in on itself. You need the Middle East, the Middle East does not need you.

I believe stoning was not carried out in Baathist Iraq because it is a religious punishment and Iraq was a secular dictatorship.
Anyway, Shoe thrower 'beaten in custody'
Originally by: "BBC" The brother of the Iraqi journalist who threw his shoes at US President George W Bush has said that the reporter has been beaten in custody.
Muntadar al-Zaidi has allegedly suffered a broken arm, broken ribs and internal bleeding, his older brother, Dargham, told the BBC.
Mr Zaidi told our correspondent that despite offers from many lawyers his brother has not been given access to a legal representative since being arrested by forces under the command of Mowaffaq al-Rubaie, Iraq's national security adviser.
Iraqi lawyers have speculated that he could face charges of insulting a foreign leader and the Iraqi Prime Minister... The offence carries a maximum penalty of two years in jail.
So it sounds like business as usual and oh look, political crimes in the penal code.
No progress whatsoever.
