Archa	Posted - 2004.07.17 14:47:00 - [33] that's a sad story. I wont trust Mercenary Forces from now on. Pirates have always given me a break and a way out by paying instead of losing my ship but when these pirates don't keep to their word like Mercenary Forces i wont be doing any more deals either. better to lose your ship than pay for a way out and lose your ship. These guys can destroy the whole concept of paying your way out of a system. Very sad, no honor.

Short memory... there was no message saying "hey easy, i am going through now, is it okay??" I am not making excuses... For what it is worth if he had left when i said that he could i would have let him go. As he didnt claiming that he didnt trust me, i decided to give him a reason not too... When he decided to leave there was more than me at the gate, and more than one corp at the said gate... Like i say.. no excuses... I play to have fun... when i asked to leave the first time... i had just killed... so i was happy.. u could have gone.. when u decided to leave.... i was ready to kill again... i am like a Lion with a really fast metabolism.. Just a note... When u see a ship speeding towards you.. u dont hang around... or i dont anyways... Lack of dishonour... not really... u were in 0.0. And before you say "but u didnt make any money from my ship" I am not in it to make money.. I play to have fun.... Like it?? Lump it?? Not really bothered... as it happens.... u got splatted... but i didnt get the eve mail saying i had killed you.. so it wasnt just me shooting at you... and i think u may find that they werent all MF... I had about 4 CA members trying to chase me down in rifters, and they must have been suprised when once they got within 40km of me i just zoomed away at 15km/s :D Anyways I ended up joining CA too .................

As a side note: we need to stop using the acronym PvP other games it works, in Eve it has always been and always will be P'svP, reminds me of a quote I remember from Star Trek V, Capt Kirk,"I knew I wasn't going to die, because I wasn't alone" I think anyone who has PvP(PsvP) knows this quote is very relative

Heh! I know your feeling being stuck in 0.0, here is my story (Linkage). Equally you set yourself up a mission like me to go to 0.0, but looks like you didn't have a game plan. Personally, I enjoyed what happened to me and equally can see this from the pirates POV at the moment. It seems that this game has been buggered so much in the short time I have been here by CCP that they have no choice to play the way they do. After all, plays like you and me know the risk we take going into 0.0. Myself, I'd like to go back to the pre-sentry upgrade as although I found I do not have the ability to fight them at 0.0 yet, at least in the lower sec regions they may do something without fear of Concord attacking them and forcing them to sit bored for twenty minutes after the kill. Sorry this has gone a bit "off topic" here, but the pirates a key wheel in all of this game and I personally would like to have some minor skirmishes in low sec space rather then the only chance that I'll get to them is by jumping through a camped gate when there really is too many to realistically defend against if you are a solo pilot. --- ...damn, my sig was nerf'd by CCP.
