Kebast	Posted - 2008.12.16 17:09:00 - [1] Looking for a rupture fit to rat in hostile 0.0 Sansha space. Noticed there isn't a fitting listed in the ship setup sticky. Here's what I have so far: Highs: 4x Dual 180 II 2x small neut Mids: 10mn MWD II Scram Small cap booster Lows: SAR II Gyro II 2x EANM II RT 800 plate ECM or maybe web drones Don't have access to EFT here so not exactly sure if all this fits. Have all 5's in relative skills. Any help or comments?

Its rarely a good idea to try to do both in the same ship If you are PvPing, change your mids to MWD, pt, web and change your lows to 1600mm plate, DC II and either 2x gyro and 1x EAMN or just 3x gyro For PvE, I'd change the neuts for missile launchers, drop the cap injector (for anything else really) and I'd use damage drones instead of ECM. The small neuts not enough to be effective? If not, then yeah the cap booster isn't needed. Are the 180 guns appropriate or can 220's be squeezed on?

Anyway mate, ratting with ACs is a pain in the ass, especially in a hostile system. Assume you have moderately solid drone skills, grab Gallente cruiser 4, and use a Vexor. I know this doesn't help you with your Rupture fit, but... you'll be glad when you don't have to dock for a long time, etc.

Shansha's drop 200's like candy and the nuets will reduce the % chance that they will repair their armor(Shields?) helping your 300 or so measly dps kill them faster. I'm just bored with some of my current ships and thought I'd give the rupture a try. Thanks for the info though :).

Sustained Tank of 62 DPS, not as good range or tracking but better against blood raiders (you could tank a battleship or two with this).

They call their Corp mates in. You got about two min to kill, loot and GTFO of the system before your chased down, jammed and blown up. I did one, its about the same but you can fit 720s and a shield tank on it. It's pretty much the same as the rupture fit with better tank, optimal and tracking (and a drone bay), but you can fit 720s on it.

The fit I came up with was 18mil total (no rigs). Can do rep in place of one EANM for solo. Got a bp for the ambits, so might try them out. Materials for them have been accumulating in my hangar forever anyway. Nubswarm001	Posted - 2008.12.18 06:12:00 - [24] 4x 220's 2x offline mod's. standard 3 mid tackle/mwd 1600 1x eanm 2x gyros 1x dcu drones of choice. Its nothing special, the ships got a garmon stigma apparently, but to be fair this fit has been around a long time.

Rennion	Posted - 2008.12.18 20:39:00 - [29] Since I actually read the OP I'll post a sansha ratting setup. Well more of a guideline for you to take to EFT and fiddle acording to your fitting skills. Highs: 425 ac's (lower ammo consumption) and 2 nos (gives you cap, lowers rats rep rate for zero ammo cost) Mids: mwd, web, cap mod Lows: med rep, em hard, therm hard, 2 * gyro Drones: hobgobbos to up dps or if you are worried about getting tackled pack ecm drones. Dont rig it, fit it cheap so it pays itself off fast and wont set you back if it gets ganked. I used something along these lines back in the day, as long as you orbit the bs you will be fine, clear out cruisers first as they will be the ones actually dealing dps to you.
