check your transactions list for that agent (you'll find it f.ex. by rightclicking on the agent in your char sheet: standing: liked by). If you maximize the list window it shows 25 lines per page, so you can just flip through the pages and count.
You'll than have to add the important missions for that agent because important missions don't give standing with your agent but his faction, so they show up in the factions list, not in the agents list.

im sure one of the devs said a while back that they wasnt sure why this info was removed for the agent info.
sure they said about having it re-introduced.
mabye its one of them tiny things that just got forgotten in the large scale of things.

They removed that I can't see any transactions before 2004.05.02 anymore. So that doesn't work anymore.

Are you sure you want to buy a total run agent info box?
What about a info box about total ISK reward?
And total time used to finish all missions
You will probably see you have done 10000 missions and only earned 200k/hour..
Well I join up on that WTB thingy... 
Then at least we have a proof we are nerfed!!!
