I checked with a friend and it is a material that can be put into silos. It seems to be used for Terran Molecular Sequencer, which again is beyond me. I know you sometimes get missions to go mine a certain amount of some special version of a regular ore and it'll have a different name. It is like some of the skills that you can see on EVEmoon. They exist on the database but have never been released on the Tranquility or Singularity server. If you look in the lower part of the page: "Used in BPC's" "Duplicating" Duplicating BP is one of the skill that exist in the database but has never been introduced in game.

There's a complete reaction BP for the stuff, along with items it's used in. Mission ores are essentially useless, this stuff is linked to other stuff. All of it not in the game ofcourse, but very interesting nontheless.

Possibly part of the old tech 3 ideas before CCP decided that new stuff wasn't cool anymore and that leaving stuff like that on the database to drive players into a froth is really really funny. Probably a prototype Siege laser, since it does need 125,000 grid to fit. NOS Beam Laser I Also uses "hybrid turrets" as ammo, but with NOS this time. Interesting database stuff they have here.
