Is EW stackble between lets say 3 ships... can 3 ships with 1 multi spec each scramble the locking for a cruiser?

oh! when did they add that? when i started to play over 6 months ago it was a requiresment that you and you alone had to scramble...

They stack too.
But as they are only active for like 0.000001 seconds you can't stack two of them.
But you can stack 1 ECM burst with other regular ECM.
Ie, using 2 ECM multi on a BS and activating a burst will give -16 to all and that BS will loose it's lock if it doesn't have ECCM fitted. (though it can relock immediately)
