Hi there,
I am just wondering, when i am doing a mission, can i get a bookmark from the acc. gate and once i get the agroo on the room full of rats, and i do need to retreat, can i warp to the BM i made on the acc. gate? and will i appear there?

Is this really something you have to post about? It's so very very simple to try it out for yourself, just grab a lvl 1 mission and test it 
The short answer is no, find out for yourself why and post it here...

Sorry for posting something so stupid.
Just the fact i am going to head out to a lvl 5 mission with a logistics ships and just to make things faster (all the process of warping out and re-warping back in, in case i do get agro and not the tankers) i was just wondering if there was such possibility.
And atm, i am at work, so can't do much about logging in the game

The only gate you can bookmark and warp back to is the gate that lets you into the first deadspace. Any bookmark inside the mission space will warp you back to the beginning gate of the mission. You can only warp into the actual mission area after the mission is turned in as completed. Of course, by then, the gates inside the mission will be gone.

maybe i didn't express myself well.
I am talking about bookmarking the first acceleration gate to enter the mission, not a acc. gate inside the rooms of the mission. The first one that you have the coordinates from your agent. Can you warp to that one from the mission site or do you neeed to warp out to a random spot and then get back into the 1st acc. gate?

You cannt warp from a deadspace area to the first mission gate directly. You will have to warp somewhere else and then back to the mission. At least it works that way on mission lvl 1-4 I ve never done a lvl 5 mission, but I dont expect it to change.

after you arrive at the first mission gate do this:
1. Open your people and places to the Places tab and be prepared to click the button to make a bookmark
2. Click on something you can warp to in your overlay and initiate warp.
3. IMMEDIATELY upon your ship entering warp make a bookmark. Don't worry about giving it a name just click click and make it happen right then as quickly as you can.
4. Rename the bookmark to whatever you want.
5. You now have a warp to point extremely close to the mission location that will allow you to spend as little time as possible warping out and back in if the need arises. |
