APEX Unlimited is bought out by private investor.
A few weeks ago I, Cloora Firebrand, was proposed a deal that I could personally not pass up. The APEX Conglomerate was up for sale or to be closed down. As a previous employee of APEX Unlimited, I was intrigued at the business possibilities. Since my stint as the Production Director working under Vendrin Latanis and later Demetri Slavic, I have made a sizable fortune working for Blackriver Industries. Now I could take APEX in the direction I wanted to take APEX. I purchased any and all shares of APEX Unlimited I could and took control of the entire Conglomerate.
I will be directing APEX in its business ventures. I hope to maintain the respected reputation that the conglomerate deserved in its past, and the same infamous business values. APEX has no ties to any of its previous allies save for current friends of the conglomerate. All standings have been reset yet hostilities enacted towards APEX or any of its members will have standings adjusted accordingly. If any of you have any grudges against the previous leadership of APEX you will find no redemption here. The membership of the old APEX has changed drastically and most have gone their own separate ways.
I own all the rights, patents, trademarks, royalties and brand names that APEX owned. This includes Starsi soft-drink which is a competitor to the Quafe brand of soft-drinks.
The Board of Directors has been replaced with my personal and trusted people. The previous capsuleer employees have left APEX Unlimited already but a few remain and we are hiring for many positions that are available. All planet-side facility employees will be retained.
APEX Conglomerate is based in Caldari/Gallente space and pleads loyalty to no faction whatsoever. We sell and work with whomever will bolster our bottom lines. However, in order to conduct business in high security space members and employees of APEX Conglomerate will not conduct illegal acts unless it is deemed necessary to strike out against people who care to harm the Conglomerate.
In our reformation we have also taken in a new business partner, Karnola Industries. They are autonomous from us and are not owned by the Conglomerate
We will hopefully build new relationships with other business partners and grow and succeed in orders of magnitude. Thank you for taking the time to read this release.

I, as a private pilot rather than a representative of Naqam, would also be interested in this.

I think mine (and Silver Night's) interest lies more with it being a Caldari brand and not something we would want to burden your neutral corporation with.

A Caldari brand can be marketed quite a bit further when there aren't any alterior motives behind it except for profit. Starsi still has the same great taste, and while I will admit some regret that I doubt it will ever once again be the symbol Ms. Jera wished it to be, I doubt it would ever be without her guidance.

Well regardless of the reasons, as Ms. Firebrand has said, the brand isn't for sale apparently. However perhaps a business arrangement is available for you to assist in distribution or marketing.

APEX started out as a Caldari nationalist corporation and later Conglomerate. With that, we have Caldari past and some Caldari ties. Also, individual members may be highly loyal to the State, or they may be loyal to the Federation. Ones personal political affiliations do not matter when it comes to working in APEX anymore. APEX itself is neutral and independent. We seek profits. We realize that there will be greater profits by exploiting markets all over New Eden. If we are offering a Caldari brand such as Starsi then that is only because there is a demand for a product and we will meet a need. What is we can get ingredients cheaper in Gallente or Amarr space? We would like to keep those options open and do business with all entities that also wish to bolster their bottom line.
If later on I get an offer for Starsi that will be worth it to APEX to accept I will. I am just saying that right now, APEX wants to build the marketability of the product and increase its value before selling.
So don't worry, I am not saying that Starsi can never again belong to a State loyal corporation, I am just saying that for now, it stays with us.

Ah you recognized another one of our famous brand names!
Yes we are actually working on some new advertising for Torped-O's which should be out in a few months.
