Tankless TorpRaven Set Up -Small Gang lowsec camping and roaming -The composition of my Gang is rather inconsistent -I almost never grab Primary -Usually when i die its more a matter of poor positioning and no amount of tank is going to save me -I left my usual DCU out of habit (its like wearing underwear, it would feel weird without it) -I'm tired of my normal buffertanked torpraven set up -I always fly drunk and the varied midslots should keep me entertained -Platinum Insurance Tanking? Just want some input before i try it.

Looks good, maybe think about a sensor booster instead of the web? With no tank, you probably don't want to be in the middle of the fight... ships that are closer to the center of the fight tend to get shot more, I've found.
Plus the sensor booster lets you lock faster which can make a big difference in the DPS you put out (and if you apply target painters to ships you help your gang lock them faster too).
Also, highs should be: Launcher Launcher Neut (Offline) Launcher Launcher Neut (Offline) Launcher Launcher
for best heat distribution. __________________________________

I was under the impression your slots wrapped around when considering heat.

This kind of setup has always been the proper use for a raven imo. I bet people will tell you that you shouldn't be packing scramblers and such when you're obviously acting the dps role but that's rubbish, every ship in your gang should have one.
What's going to suck though is waiting for your cap to recharge after you've used your MWD for more than one burst :p But that's the life of real men, we can't have it all and we learn to deal with it.

I am partial to letting my friendly raven pilots buffer their shields to hell and back to ensure that their dps can be on their targets for aslong as possible(as gank ravens are one of the battleships at the top of the primary list).
But the setup is fine.

I never even considered using a sensor booster on a torp boat, but i think it might end up being effective. The faster lock times will let me take better advantage of the alpha (over 5k before resists/speed/sig reduction)
I also thought that the slots were racked in a circle such that the first slot and last slot were next to each other when considering heat damage. If that's true then the above configurations would have uneven heat distribution and thus poorer average time you can stay on heat. If its not true, then i am converting to your high slot layout.
Yea, the cap is going to suck a little, i think i can overheat my MwD Longer then i can actually run it!
Its funny you say that ravens tend to be high primaries, I almost never get primary.
A buffertank will let me stay in the fight longer, but i think that this setup will lay down its DPS a lot faster and give me better control of the grid.
My only concern with this set up is sometimes we cant field enough falcons and this set up wont help much when we are out falconed. Not that any torpraven(or my play style) is much use when that happens. But with a buffer you can but you crew a bit of time to make it warp off.

For a pure gank raven add a 4th BCS maybe, if your fitting skills allow it. That'll increase your torp dps by additional ~6%.

Well, couple of things
1. I'd drop the ECCM. Falcons have extra Caldari jammers, its not going to be that useful.
2. You need some buffer, or you'll drop in seconds. Generally, Ravens are some of the first BSes to die, due to a weakish buffer and very high DPS output.
3. The web, I'm not too keen on. Webs have been nerfed, and you won't really catch anything that doesn't want to be webbed. 24km pt, yes, but not the web.
