The Site Charged my brother 14.95 and it didnt Activate the Account, There was an Error in the process.
we have the bank account information to show the proof that he was charged. and his account is still Suspended.
hes wondering why this happened as it never happened before.
Please Reply Quickly.
His Account is Klen11. He already Sent a Message Reporting this error to ([email protected]) but they have not replied. Can Someone Higher up in the CCP Check this out.

Are you trying to get your account hacked? NEVER, ever, give out your account username. And besides, you should never post your email address on a public forum, unless, you like spam in your mailbox.

Actually, there is one instances where you HAVE to give out your username : whenever you want to buy a character, the seller has to enter your acount name into the character transfer form.
But, true, giving out your username will increase the likelyhood of SomethingBad™, especially if your password is very, very weak.
However, that likelyhood was practically zero before, and with any half-decent password it's still no big deal to give out your account name.

Also, you might want to FILE A PETITION under "Billing & Account" (it's actually the default main category), subcategory "Payment Issues"...
...so your problem can ACTUALLY be looked at instead of having the entire forum readership just look puzzled at you while no GM sees it anyway.
