EvE skillsets for Hiko Seijuro Just look at the skill sheet if you want to know what are you bidding for. A third of this toon's skillpoints are in gunnery alone. :) -Positive wallet -No assets -In a npc corp -no kill rights -positive sec status Starting Bid: 7.5 Bil Increments: 250 mil No Reserve Buyout: 9.5 Bil I will recieve the isk and pay the transfer fee. All bids to be placed on forum, no ingame communications (I hardly play as it is so you risk me not noticing ingame comms). Auction will end on Wed, Dec 24th at 0400.

Sadly, as I mentioned, I'm very limited in the amount of time I can spend on EvE these days and though your buyout offer is essentially higher than the current bid, I would like to get the isk transaction done quickly rather than commit to your proposal and not following up as I should due to time constrains.
