I am looking for a way to check the prices of renting offices (for corporation headquarters) in various systems.
Any help in this area would be great.
I have searched the web for sites, but my Google-Fu is on the fritz.

1. Fly to system
2. Dock at desired station
3. Click rent office button and see what the price is
Not really any other way to do it. Office prices vary widely from system to system and even station to station. I may be wrong, but I believe they are somewhat dynamic too. So unless someone was going around constantly trying to rent an office in every station in every system, any type of list would be outdated quickly.

You'll have to check prices by flying to each station.
Base office rent is 10,000 isk per month. When all offices in a station have been rented out, rent starts increasing at a rate of 3% (?) per day. When there's more than one office open, rent decreases by 3% (?) per day.
Office rents in popular systems can be in the millions per month. Office rents in trade hubs can be a couple orders of magnitude higher.

5.5 million per month at the Emperor Family station in Amarr. Just over 5 million a month at the Ishukone Factory station in Kor-Azor Prime (full set of factory/research facilities). Less than 20k per month at the Kor-Azor Family Bureau station in Kor-Azor Prime. Yeah, popular stations cost a lot.

Given that they change every day, and you can't see them without hitting the 'rent office' button when docked at each station, there's not much you can do but fly and check.
When all the offices are taken the cost to rent increases (significantly).
When there is 1 free, it stays the same.
When there is 2 free, it drops.
All this creates quite big swings because people pay potentially 2 months in advance, so by the time the really high bills are due all the offices could have been taken for 2 months at the old 'cheap' rent. Then people empty them all out and it takes a little while to drop back again.
Basically, busy systems, the stations with good facilities / agents are all very expensive. Quiet systems or stations without many services are much cheaper.

My corp used to have an office, but it's just me and my RL bud right now, so we ditched it. Not like it's hard to come up with a few mil a month, but you don't get much for having one other than a corp hangar. *pssh*
