While commenting on recent news about criminal activities in the Obe system and the sorrounding area, it has come to our attention that some, less reputable, freelance reporters speculate that Mercenary Forces activities in the area are somehow linked to the destruction of property and loss of life that ocurred today.
I would like to stress that Mercenary Forces are in no way involved in the incident. We will however seek to boost the supply of basic military grade equipment and vessels. We cannot be held responsible for what irresponsible, grazed individuals may do with our products.
On that note I would like to add that a thourough investigation of sales records has revealed no link between our perfectly legal activities in the area, and the events of this day.

MF does two things. Pirate out of Orvolle against NORAD forces (oddly enough Iece Quaan of JF has been frappsed working with them and admiting as much in verious saves chat logs) or Pirate out of Obe against everyone. Proof in the massive pile of fraps we have collected showing their mighty forces of tier 3 minmatar cruisers and leet interceptors with mighty light missles (run!).
they have really gotten quite boring and everyone knows they pirate all the time anyway. so I'll just assume this is a post made in good fun as a jest ;)

As to your accusations regarding one Iece Quaan, I suggest that you post proof alongside your accusations, or don't bother posting them at all.

transporting in indies trough low sec space, a pirate in the escort and then whine and "grief" with spawned money in bounties about losing the ships

I am personally hoping that Mitchello manages to offend ms Quaan enough that she feels obliged to release the amusingly-named "redec chicken" communications log to the general public. Much hilarity would ensue.
For the record though, I have absolutely no problems with Jericho Fraction pilots cooporating with other corporations in the harrassment and discomfiture of enemies designated in concord sanctioned wars.
If Caldari Technical Division has many concord war enemies then it must expect those enemies to cooporate in regulated space. What else are they supposed to do? Shoot at each other and be targetted for reprisal by Concord Warships with immediate effect? (Or perhaps each wait their turn and take a ticket from Mitchello to determine when they are allowed to engage?)
Sometimes I do believe monsieur Mitchello has suffered an injury from the pressure of corporate leadership and public speaking and needs a break away from all the politics and intrigue to recover.

Mitchello is just sad because CTEKs attempt to camp and annoy us in Orvolle wasn't any succes at all, they got killed and the only member who's still in Orvolle (Rydia Fenn) is just hiding in the station, we have only seen him undock once, to get shot at and then dock again, he hasn't left the station since.

Responding to accusations of "piracy" from maladjusted and possibly mentally unstable spaceship captains like Michello is usually a waste of comm-systems bandwidth, but for the benefit of everyone else let me stress that Mercenary Forces are in no way taking part in piracy in the Obe or Orvolle areas.
"Pirate" or indeed "Terrorist" are labels used by one side of a conflict to describe the operatives of another, nothing more, nothing less.
No single organisation has laid any legal claims to PF-346 or the systems in the immediate vicinity. Like all other border systems, it has become a magnet for adventurers, scoundrels, wanted individuals, and shady characters alike.
Some alliances that use the corridor for civillian traffic routinely operate in the area in an effort to keep it safe for allied vessels, and in that process they sometimes come across neutrals, enemies and allies.
For some shooting first and asking questions later is the nature of 0.0. Some alliances have a "dont shoot neutrals policy", but in reality such a policy is hard to live by, and even harder to enforce, so actual policy sometime degenerate and lead to "shoot first, ask later".
Mercenary Forces loyalties lie with those who pay our bills.
