Hi there,
I have a med caldari tower in a high sec system for R&D jobs, filled with a lot of labs. (bassically using 7x mob. labs, maximum u can with the med. caldari tower). In case of a wardeck situation, i have set up 10x cruise missile batteries, 2x ewar arrays and 1x defense array.
In order to place everything online thought, i have to set offline one of the labs, but no worries about that.
Now my question is conserning about a corporate hangar array. In order to turn online all weps for the wardeck, i would need to offline both 1x mobile laboratory and the corporate hangar array.
Question is pretty simple: (for the long story above  ), what happens when i turn off the corporate hangar array WITH stuff in it?
From what i have checked, you can grab stuff out of it, but you cannot place IN it.
Someone please explain? Afaik, it should not be assessable when it's offline....
 So, i just want to be sure if it would be good idea to have that.

I dunno about the corporate hangar array use when offlined, but when wardecced you should put all labs offline and have maximum guns online for defense. You might want a few more ECM batteries(I don't know what more you can fit though).

Can't offer any help on the corp hangar question, but did want to suggest you might want to alter your 'war dec' plan.
Cruise missile batteries are nice for detering opportunistic swine looking for an easy mark/inactive corp to swipe the labs from (*looks around shiftily*), but should the corp be determined enough to actually war dec you, they won't offer much of a defence.
You'll want to anchor Hybrid/Projectile batteries and in the event of a war dec plan on offlinining, unanchoring and bundling into the nearest station ALL your labs. It'll protect your investment AND remove the majority of the potential profit for anyone who attacks the tower. With luck they'll just move on to war dec the next hi-sec corp.

If we... ups they, know what they're doing, nothing that you can anchor to med POS is not going to save it.

Wrong, in highsec, with no capital ships, you can do a world of hurt to BS's. You need 1/a few good pos gunners though. And the right guns... (medium sized).
And to the corp hangars... Offline they keep all stuff inside, and you can take out stuff but not put anything inside.

If you offline the corporate hangar array, you just can't put anything in or out. Everything inside just sits there. So it is actually better to keep it offline when not in use and only online it when needed, unless of course you have corp members who don't have rights to turn it on and off and need to use it.

Please, don't lie about taking stuff out of an offlined corporate hangar array. 
As I stated above, taking out stuff works!

when I was low sec moon mining and reacting I was fooling about w my big guns on the pos and had some gsc's placed about outside the shield , long story short my big guns would nail the gcs's for over 5 k damage , now obviously the bs would be smart to be moving, but, if your wanting to kill an attacker 2 pos gunners with the skill run up to 4 with 8 medium rails and some webbers will make short work of bs's , even better if you have more pos gunners inside shooting.
and if your war dec'd then you will want to yank everything that's not a weapon from the pos , no isk in attacking a pos w loads of guns on it

This. Take your labs out when you get the wardec. Put them in the station. Harden and online guns if you wish.
This kills the reward for shooting that POS (unless you're in 0.3 or lower and they want your moon).
If they continue to shoot your POS just for the sake of shooting (not sure why, as shooting a POS is boooooooring), at least you don't lose your labs.

Modules that require CPU can have items taken out of them while they are offline, EXCEPT when the tower is in reinforced, at which point you may not take anything out of them, even though you normally could.
