lacking in key industrial skills to be really usefull will take some time to put right.

concur with Z's assessment above; however will offer a two (2.0) billion buyout. if this is acceptable, would like to complete the transaction as quickly as possible, am bidding on another toon and only have isk for one deal.
isk IS in the wallet.
assuming you will pay the transfer fee.

first off, "he" is an attractive "she"
secondly, she IS right in this case, I don't know about the others.

Firstly please do not offend the Lady ;)
(it's in general way too Egoistical to asume anything about anybody you haven't met no matter how "obvious" you may belive their intentions too be)
Hehe well I'am fully aware of his many lacking skills but when i bouth him he was even more of a mess He did however have Potential and that's why there are actualy intrested people offering Buyouts for him. :)
2B isk thoe is way too low price for him i've "upgraded" him severly since he didn't even have this good learning back when i bouth him, quite sad build back then realy. as soon as his Transport skills are done his Industry will start flowing like nothing else. Wont even take more than 3 months too make him look / capable of Quite an excelent amount of Invention / T2 production.

no offence was meant it was just meant as an off the cuff joke apologies.
As for your toon being upgraded there still is 3 of the 5 key skills for T2 not at lvl 5. Work on Electronics,Engineering and mass production. That is what will upgrade your toon

Of course they are missing but i'm afraid too say that THIS is allready upgraded ;) it was at 4/0 learning or something quite frightning close too that when i got it into my hands. However at his current learning and with his Implants he will be learning anything Int / mem VERY, Very quickly...
