Missing Ships and Items from Hanger

Items we knew we had, disappear from our hanger. Now this isn't the Anaconda Mines and the like that were removed in error in an update not too long ago. In fact in my case there was no update before/after the event. In my case, I picked up 2 packaged ships though and alt, brought them to my main base, traded to this Toon. They were there, in the hanger. Logged in the next day, and they are gone. Poof. To be on the safe site, I checked my other alts, their hangers, cans, etc. I have a petition, active for 4 days now.. [ btw Suggestion to the GM's.. even if you have nothing to say, it would be nice on day one to get a message that it is being investigated.. just so we know SOMEONE has at least read them.. just an idea.. ]. Now to me, this is fairly cut and dry as to if I get them back. Server logs will clearly show them being traded from my alts account to this one via station trade, and will also clearly show I never assembled them to go out and get poped or anything.. So I'm wondering, has anyone else noticed that stuff they have added to their hanger, ships, or items, has just disappeared without explanation ? I know others have petitioned over this, and I know others that just think they are going crazy and that they assume they just never purchased it or something.. If it has happened to you, Petition.. Clearly something is going on here, maybe if enough light is shined into this area there might be some resolution.

It's not, and it wasn't traded away. I checked, no contracts, station trades, etc that I can't account for. Additionally, it was not the most valuable ship or item in my hanger.

I was referring to me, and other people who had had this happen. And no, I don't share my accounts :)

Nothing has gone missing from my hangar, but I have lost ammo from my hold on several occasions. I've undocked with 8000 rounds in cargo, partially reloaded my 2 guns about 4 times and had no ammo left when I redocked. Edit: I reported this as a bug but never received any reply.

Amusingly, I had to raise my second petition. A minor annoyance with wanting to complete that Epic Arc cruft that had been sitting in my journal for ages and nothing at the spawn point. I filed my petition in NZ time (So GMT+13 atm I think) and had a GM respond with an answer within about an hour. I have this experience across most MMOs that I play - the queries I raise are acknowledged and resolved within a day. Even with NCSoft / Arenanet I had to request a password reset and on a Sunday had them reply within about 15 minutes. Maybe I should go buy a ticket to the Lottery

I had several separate items in the market for sale of multiple quantities. Some were not successfully sold within the duration assigned. It clearly shows within my Transactions tab the items were not sold, and so they were removed from my Selling Orders but never made it back to my hangar. Too bad this isn't a market for selling Mother-In-Laws. Then it would be a win-win situation.
Bowbndr The Replicators Northern Associates. 0	Posted - 2012.05.24 08:15:00 - [15] - Quote I have had fully assymbled ships go missing after both of the last 2 major patches. after the first one CCP said that the ship just magicaly appeared in an orca that was destroyed at least a week befor the ship came up missing. this last one came up missing after the patch 2 days ago. i petitions it but CCP hasent come up with another lame a** excuse for this one disapearing yet. aparently i just cant have a fitted Drake in my hangar on patch day. I did find it highly odd though that with my first drake, ccp could tell me what ship i was in right before the last time i used it as well as what ship i was in after the last time i used it. and yet they cant seam to tell me how a ship that was in my hangar could suddenly end up in a ship that was distroyed 2 weeks earier.
