Im open to suggestions for what to get/replace but all I got right now it like 300 mil

What do you fly exactly?
The ZMM line -- or at least that's what it used to be called, all missile rate of fire -- is slot 10 and will help no matter, but otherwise you're lacking in specifics.
Edit: ZMM is now RL, and it was already mentioned. Right. |

atm, he's running a Scorpion Navy Issue. I was considering CNR but Im too scaredy cat when it comes to not being overtanked. You know, dont fly what you cant afford to lose? I do that often but I tend to overtank it heavily so unless someone finds me for the purpose of killing me or (pre need for speed) i lag out on warp in and load in in my pod, it doesnt happen. Im really looking for suggestions and ideas right now.
Ive always been heavily looking at skills rather than implants and just took for implants just whatever was laying around lol

How is your weapon upgrades skill? Also if you use launcher rigs how high is that skill? Both of those can make a significant difference in CPU usage. |

Weapons upgrades/advanced weapons upgrades to help in fitting
Crystal implants will allow you to keep the feeling of overtanked without overtanking.
So you could get that CNR.
