I have clones in places I don't want to go or in Ships that no longer exsist. I've been away for quite some time. Is there a way to delete them remotely in order to make new ones or do I have to get Pod killed in order to delete them?

I've not played in over 2 years or there abouts. I have a Jump Clone that I believe used to be in a Player Owned Station. I'm pretty sure the station isn't there anymore. I don't know what would happen if I jump to it. I'm assuming I'll probably have to jump to it then either find a way to get the jump clone where I want it to be or to just die? I don't know how to get my old jump clone to the new place I would like it to be. Sorry to sound noobish. This is a very complex game and I'm sure that not only do I not remember how it worked but it has almost certainly changed.

Well in that case, best thing to do is:
Update your medical Clone and place it in your home system(IMPORTANT IN 50 FEET RED LETTERS) Jump to the Jump Clone in 0.0 Sell all your stuff or melt it for minerals and sell minerals Undock in pod Self Destruct
That way U kill the unwanted Jumpclone and lose nothing. The station will be there dont worry they cant be destroyed, all that will happen is you cant redock when you undock

Gee mister, your sooooo smart. Oh wait, that only works if you're in the same station as the jump clone!

Well, at least one thing hasn't changed. People willing to respond either after not reading a post, not understanding a post or simply ignoring the content in order to post. Do you get something special for having one more meaningless or unfriendly post? Hey but it makes me feel better to know I'm still not as bad off as I could be. I'll be able to learn the game again. Thanks for the help everyone who helped. And yes you can destroy your Jump Clone if your in the same place it is. Since mine is inside a Player owned structure that doesn't appear to belong to the same person I'm out of luck there. But we've discussed that already and in little bite size posts even.

First of all I would like to mention that a player owned station is a floating junk pile orbiting a moon and has no cloning services. The term you are looking for is: 'Player Built Outpost'
Second you should try submitting a petition. HOPEFULLY they will get back to you after about a week. -Xindi Kraid: Delivering acerbic wit and scathing comments with just a dash of 'stab you in the eye' |

This again.
POS = Player Owned Structure or Player Owned Starbase "Player owned station" = just that, usually called Outpost though.

I dont think you can remotly.
Rather than undocking and self destructing you can autopilot afk and take your chances maybe save a few mil depending on your skillpoints.

Correct, you can't remove them remotely.
Usually I'll stick some piece of crap -- but very fast -- frigate in a station where I have a jump clone just so I can use it to fly out with in case the clone gets 'orphaned'.
