Im not getting the info displayed on the billboards, just a empty space.
I can read the news if I right click on a billboard and choose it in the pop up menu.
System Specs:-
WinXP Pro
GForce 5950 Ultra 256mb ( Driver Version 56.72 + DirectX 9.0b)
3.4 P4 + HT
512MB PC3200 Dual Channel Ram
2 x 80GB SATA HD (Raptors)
Other than that glitch its a great game! Im on a 10 day trial from PCFormat UK and hopefully will be subscribing at the end of my trial period.
Please, any ideas on how to fix the above bug would be greatfully recieved.

same, im just seeing straight thro the board where the news should be. Dunno if CCP have deliberately taken it down for a while, it did work fine b4...

I believe it's an Nvidia driver related thingie... switching back to older drivers seems to fix it for some people

This is definitely related to the latest nvidia drivers. If you cannot live with it rollback to (or install after removing the current driver) a previous nvidia driver.

Rollback to Nvidia's 53.03/53.04 drivers if you want the billboards back. The newer drivers doesn't show the billboards or the minmatar stations properly. In my opinion, it's a CCP problem. Because if it were the drivers, alot more graphic errors would appear...
Anyway, my long term solution (been waiting since xmas for a solution) is to buy a ATi-card.

Would love to roll back to 55.03/04 to get the billboards and other graphics. However, reverting back to those drivers, I cannot get past the login page as you can see on the attached picture.
I did clean the drivers properly before reverting back to the earlier versions. I also tried cleaning the game cache to no avail.
Looks like I will have to stick with the current drivers until either Nvidia or you fix this issue. Not a biggie, but annoying noneless that I cannot render the game properly even with a almost state of the art card (FX5600 256MB DDR RAM).
