what is scan resolution for?
one more thing: some skills/equipment got minus bonus, is it good or bad? like velosity-5

The minus sign would tend to indicate that there is a velocity penalty associated with the particular module that you wish to fit.
EG Cargo Expanders. (I think).

the minus thing says that something is substracted, but it doenst to be bad like the reduction of capacitor use of some amarr ships or some hybrid charges  -----------------------------
