Wardecs and everything is dumb because of the use of numerous neutral alts and scouts that cannot be properly dealt with due to concord.
PVP just ain't PVP if its got Concord on it.
I think highsec should allow cynos that can only be jumped to using covert ops and titan bridges(make sure capitals cannot jump there). This would make the players take risks and keep them guessing and on their feet.
I can see this totally changing the way PVP is done in highsec. Now corps that wardec big nullsec alliances will definitely think twice when they do so. They might just end up with a big fleet gang raping their puny gang.
No more hiding in station when a neutral alt pick ups enemies in a neighboring system. You'll have to guess and assess and decide whether taking the risk is worth it or not.
Now that is what pvp should be. |

You have the right idea that neutral logistics, neutral ganglink support, neutral scouts should be addressed but you are really going in the wrong direction for solutions. |
