I have been fight for the past week or so when atleast 5x scorps warped out with a -6 scramble strengh on them can you GM's tell me if this is a bug or not.. If so it needs to be fixed ASAP!!!

I witnessed this last night. Phonix warp scrambled a PA scorp. His log shows that he activated 3 warp scramblers on the enemy scorp. That means -6 stength warp scrambling. This should only be countered by 6 or more warp core stabilizers. Warp core stabilizers go in low slots. Scorpion's only have 4 low slots.

I think its some sort of lag delay in the warp scramblers activateing properly , i have noticed this bug too

Yup have noticed that too now that I think of it. It's especially annoying when you turn on a scrambler, then a web a second or two later, but the scrambler still hasn't kicked in and the web causes the enemy ship to instawarp =/
