Train minmatar frigs and industrial to lvl4 (Vigil and Mammoth)
Look for a corp with decent LP shop and good lvl 4 transport agents (quali 15+)
300 million per month will be a joke

It depends what kind of resources you have at your disposal. If you have a healthy wallet already you could go straight into trading. If it's very healthy you could go into manufacturing.
If not, 0.0 ratting is fast money for a very low SP char. A modestly fit BC can get the job done fairly well. Even a cruiser can work if you can't afford a BC yet. This will require some social networking but it's no big deal.

2 mil sp will likely enable u to fly a bc, so means u can rat in 00, with about 5-7mil/hour with ur skill
