Social skills are for increasing standings with npc corporations and how much lp or standing increase you get after gettin some missions done. They don't increase your security status. If the security status is the problem i can get it done, but of course you'll need to wait a lil bit more.

Empire faction missions will do aswell, but you'll have to run them out of lovsec due to the standing..

The -9 sec status is blocking me....it'll be even hard to move around only on low sec systems to reach a 0.0 corp...damn it

No problem You can always travel thru high sec in a pod, noone will kill you 'cause you're too fast and have a corpmate waitin for you in low sec with a ship so this really isn't an issue for this great char
