I will just start with a couple of clarifications here, rather than spam out the thread.

Yesterday I suddenly realized a rather fundamental point. Most people here know Kublai well as Kublai and not his altÆs. He reserves the toon Kublai as his PR face of game. Rather fiting since it is a female avatar with a halo like glow around the edges.
To all the genuine pirates and PVPÆers, corporate scammers, etc. I now understand to some point your admiration etc. To all the low sec and 0.0 hard core players my hat is off to you or would be if I actually wore a hat. I have met a few of you and admire what and how you do it. Pirating, and territorial disputes in Eve are cool. But I suspect you arenÆt so familiar with what he does on his other toons; Jonney 101, Al Shaytan etc.
But how does this little incident rate on the cool-o-meter?
I was sitting the a public help channel one day, in comes Kublai under his Jonny 101. Then he invites a player who I think was about 3 months old, he was a teenager not exactly sure how old, but not too important. So, he has been scammed into buying non-existent share from Kublai under his Jonny 101 alt. Well before you start spamming and trolling and calling me a bleeding heart liberal just give me a couple more lines. So, having successfully scammed the corp. which consisted of a 3 month old teenager, and he 3 or 4 school friends who had been playing for 3 weeks to a month on weekends for everything they had earned through mining, he then decides some public humiliation is in order.
Firstly he gets them you publicly recount the shares and return they expected, then explains he has scammed them. Next, he offers the corp leader a chance to publicly beg for the isk back. This goes on for several minuets or so. Now to any of you who know Kublai / jonney 101 / Al Shaytan etc. you would know he would never do that, and he claims that he just enjoys griefing.
Well sit back and keep all your æYarrsÆ to yourselves. It get less pleasant for the kids. After allowing them to beg, he then decides to use the money he scammed from them to pay a merc core to dec them.
Personally, I think this kind of play is not necessary or called for. But if you proven PVPersÆ honestly feel all æYarryÆ at that, well thatÆs your choice, please donÆt spam this thread, you may spam me via convo or mail.

Rather than play the game as a medium fish in a medium pond of 0.0 you choose to be a big fish hanging out in high sec picking on the weak. As I write up some of the other adventures you brag about publicly on your Jonny toon, you know the ones you donÆtÆ want your fanbois of Kublai to know about I sit here and laugh. I know I should feel pity for you, but erm I canÆt.

Scamming is not PvP, don't confuse them. Could be that he may is a good pvp-er ... i don't know if wrong or right, but i do know he's a good scammer. :)
PS: Take it as a lesson in life those high-school kids received in a place where only pixels are important and they don't lose anything real in the end.

There really is nothing particularly impressive with scammers. Anybody can do it as long as they dedicate both time and energy to it. Ask Kublai, deep down he knows he is a noob that just spends all his time doing activities the vast majority of eve doesn't want to do. As for me, I get a kick out of seeing scams unfold.
Hats off to da scamma's for giving us flavor..just don't think im going to bow down and worship you like the rest of these 16 year old noobs

I like GutlessCamper (the OP).
Ever have since our days together in Eve University I have admired him. We were fellow students and I have always been impressed with the intelligence and insight he brings to every part of our game.
I've always thought that GutlessCamper is a valuable part of our community and a guy I would want to hang out with.
